Strive 11 is a full-body group training program with no class times — and a business model as straightforward as the workout. You do not need personal training or gym management experience to own one.
Our mission has been to revolutionize group fitness by offering a comprehensive full-body program that blends functional, strength, muscular endurance and cardio training into a single regimen — one that can be molded to each member’s needs and goals.
Our business plans are as easy to follow as our workouts.
What an owner actually gets, stated plainly.
Three ways to hold a Strive 11 territory. Which one fits depends on how involved you want to be day to day — we work that out together on the Concept Compatibility call.
Six steps, in order. Each one decides whether the next happens — for both sides.
After you fill out the Let’s Get Acquainted form, we schedule an initial phone call. Based on that conversation we decide together whether to continue, and we provide additional information on the concept, business operations, locations, demographics and start-up costs.
This call begins with a courtesy invitation for your spouse or supportive decision-maker. Over 30–45 minutes we focus on Strive 11’s core values and vision, and mutually determine whether our values align.
Following receipt of your in-depth Request for Consideration and preliminary approval, we schedule a mutual expectations call.
During this 30–45 minute teleconference our team delivers a complete overview of all marketing, training and support programs. Depending on your level of business expertise, some candidates are scheduled to attend a start-up workshop call.
A 30–45 minute teleconference to discuss the start-up process and how to open safely and creatively under budget. In this workshop our CEO guides candidates through the initial franchise fee and other start-up costs.
After completing the Mutual Expectation call and the Start-Up Workshop, you are invited to attend a regional certified Discovery Day — to see the program and the business model in person.
Tell us where you are and what you are looking for. Step one is a phone call, not a commitment — we use it to work out whether the concept and your goals actually fit before anyone spends money.
